Our philosophy

Nature and living are at the heart of our profession, inspiring us to be humble and resilient in the face of climate change, to have curiosity, agility and boldness to explore the field of possibilities, and imagine new ways for tomorrow!

Respect is the key word that guides each of our actions:

– Respect for the integrity of the terroir,

– Respect for the Earth (observing and listening to its needs) and for the vine (by accompanying it throughout its vegetative cycle for the production of quality grapes)

– Respect for the consumer

– Respect for  our team

Sharing and Humanity are at the heart of our development projects, allowing us:

– to establish a privileged relationship with our clients

Our mission is to share the fruit of our love for our profession, with the ultimate goal that our hand-made wines provide you with pleasure and feelings linked to a beautiful memory, like a Proust madeleine!

You are all welcome at the estate: whatever your level of wine education, you will receive a warm welcome!

– to include interculturality as a marker of our DNA
Our appetite for foreign cultures and languages has contributed to our early involvement in exporting our wines, we are now distributed in 10 countries (Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia, Japan, Singapore, USA), thanks to a network of renowned importers with whom we are committed to building a sincere and long-term partnership (some for more than 40 years).
– to team up with our collaborators

Running a wine estate is a real human adventure in which each of our employees is invited to take part. Without a team united by the same values and involved in achieving common goals, it is impossible to achieve our quest for excellence. All of our team is treated with respect and goodwill.

Our ethical charter

In the tradition of the women and men of her family, Sophie is concerned with preserving these values and the world she will bequeath to future generations. Collaborative Action

In constant search for meaning and coherence, the estate also interacts within professional networks, through specific collective actions.

The Collective of Independent Winemakers of France :

Our estate protects the values of Artisan-Winemaker as an activist member of the Federation of Independent Winemakers of France. Thus we play a key part in shaping our future  by joining a collective that is a driving force, working with varying national authorities, to support the needed changes and evolution of the wine-growing sector.

Within this network, we learn by exchanging views on current issues, such as new practices or ongoing trials, and by participating in technical webinars that offer various points of view and a broader vision on topics at the center of current concerns.

Through the charter of the Independent Winemakers, we reaffirm the shared values that we defend.

The Collective of the Culinary College of France:

Our estate participates in the Education of Taste and the Influence of French Gastronomy and Viticulture by choosing to join the Culinary College of France in 2019 as an Artisan-Producer of Quality.

We participated in the “Marché Complice” at the Château d’Amboise in July 2022 and in the Annual Meetings in Paris.

Founded in 2011 by 15 internationally recognized French chefs, the Collège Culinaire de France unites French chefs and advocates for taste education, an approach to quality, the enhancement of trades and the transmission of experience, and the appreciation of environmental approaches.

The Collective of Winemakers of the Centre-Loire, “Ladies of the Heart of the Loire” :

Our estate is actively involved in the promotion of the Professions of Vine and Wine within the Association “Dames de Cœur de Loire”, a sorority of winemakers from the Centre-Loire, with actions such as:
