Les Binerelles
AOC Pouilly sur Loire
A story to savour
Les Binerelles is the local name for cicadas, whose song accompanies hoeing, long and patient work of the soil carried out by the winemaker under the fiery rays of the summer sun… and it is precisely an ideal cuvée as soon as the mercury rises in the barometer!
